Graduated in 1995 from Mackenzie University Law School. Holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Minnesota, USA, received in 1999. Member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association. Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association in 1996, São Paulo Chapter. Luciene had the opportunity to work in the civil and criminal areas at the US District Court of Minnesota assisting the Justice John R. Tunheim. Luciene has worked during seven years with Ramires & Cia. Ltda., a chemical industry, which now belongs to the Total Chemie Group, in addition to practicing law at the most prestigious law firms in São Paulo during the past eight years.
